US Labor Day meme

This post made me smile. So did your zoom cloud. Was your Belgian waffle craving satisfied?

I'm happy for your spring to arrive. It's cooler here which gives me great relief. I'm a winter bird.

I don't think it is soppy for you to want to be where Brigid is.

Yes, it was, thank you, Cheryl! I can’t stand short days, which is why winter depresses me. I can handle the rain, which is sort of fun for me. Hopefully I will get some information about European travel today from one of our licensees.

I love the rain too. No umbrella or rain jacket for me thank you very much! The rain makes my hair curly which can be a pain if I've taken the time to straighten it. Yes, I know...vain, vain, vain. When I want it straight, I want it straight. When I want it curly, I leave it curly. :::laughing::: I'm sure everyone is captured by the telling of my hair woes.

How short are the days in a typical Wellington winter?

I hear Peter Jackson is making a world war II movie. He also has the rights to 'The Lovely Bones'. I've read that book. I think it would be wonderful on screen except for the beginning. The beginning is so gruesome I don't know if I could watch the movie. Do you know anything about it?

Good job on the meme Jack! "Anywhere with Brigid" awwwwwww... ::: manly chuckle ::: That's great.
Cheryl, short days are around nine or ten hours here in Wellington, so it never gets terribly bad like it does in, say, northern Sweden.
Dambusters is huge news here but I am afraid I don’t know The Lovely Bones. Is it a murder novel?
Randy, thank you! I enjoyed doing it.
