As promised a few months ago, some shots of the Aston, DJY 864. I love this car. One of the shots on Vox will wind up in Lucire. And I should mention that these pics are copyright.
Just where does one start to describe a car like this? Can we/should we even be driving this on ordinary roads?? It's too nice to let this car rub shoulders with other traffic riff raff eg. like my little TOY-ota!
I should note that the car was borrowed. As to ordinary roads, Ninja, I vote no. The DB9 was way too low for some streets in Auckland and even getting it up to the next floor of the parking building proved tough. I had to keep it on the lowest level, but then the valets didn’t mind when it’s a DB9! The V8 Vantage is a better day-to-day proposition.
‘I think they’re wonderful. They have so much courage! Here they are, hurling through space on a molten rock at 67,000 miles an hour, and the only thing that keeps them in their shoes is their misplaced faith in gravity.’—John Lithgow as Prof Dick Solomon, in Third Rock from the Sun
