Some random 2008 car pics

Although not all "Pinin" curves I didn't mind the 400, mind you I think the 308GT4, which most Ferrari fans hate, was awesome too.

I like the look of the 500 but the name annoys me. There is nothing "500" about it so kinda wish it was badged "Bambino". I'd still like to see Fiat attempt a true to 500 principles radical small car. The original one was designed for function, not just form, ie curved panels because they could be thinner, cheaper, lighter than flat.

I saw an MG Touring (Rover 800 Wagon shape) yesterday which must be pretty rare in NZ!

I like the Dino 308 GT4 now, but didn’t back then. I thought (and think) the Mondial was cool though, and it’s maligned these days. The 400 appealed to me then but not now. Funny how tastes change.
True, the current 500 has nothing to do in principle with 500s of old, from Topolino to the Dante Giacosa nuova 500, to the nuova nuova 500 (the boxy one they used the name on last time). The Mini is the same thing: I liked the Spiritual concept Rover conceived which was 10 ft long and out-Smarted the Smart.
Now, the MG Touring: trying to figure out this one. Was this a Montego-based model?

Bad memory, should have said Rover 75 based, it was this one;

OK, that makes more sense! (And remember the MG ZTs are all in Autocade, too!)
