QotD: hoop dreams

Who's going to be in the Final Four?

The final four what? Um, George, Paul, Ringo and John?
   I’ve seen some weird QOTDs here on Vox, but this is cryptic. I assume from the title it’s some basketball thing. Hardly one for the general population who don’t follow the sport.
