Not bad for ten bucks

[this is good]
Well worth it for all the extra stuff, deleted scenes and fascinating documentaries about the connections Ian Fleming had with the Bahamas (which many Bondphiles would not even know).
There is even a documentary about the 50-year journey of the novel to this version of the movie, and clips from the first James Bond (with Barry Nelson) and the first time Casino Royale hit the big screen (in 1967, with David Niven—and we do get clips of Barbara Bouchet, Jacqueline Bisset, etc., too)

Ooh. I shall have to look for this one if we purchase the movie on DVD. Hopefully it can be for $10 or equivalent in US dollars, too.
You might find some second-hand copies by now. It came out around the time of Quantum of Solace here, and I refrained from buying it because I thought Sony was cheeky with the doubling up. DVDs are generally cheaper Stateside than here, so I’m hoping you can pick it up for around US$10 (rather than the equivalent of NZ$10, which is US$7·20).
Just avoid the standard two-disc set, because that lacks the commentaries, and the second disc has a bunch of TV “making-of” documentaries that aired as promotional half-hour shorts leading up to the film (which many Bond fans saw anyway).
