Here is a photo of me and the very generous singer John Rowles—lookin’ good. As mentioned earlier, John was under the weather, but still performed his hits on Good Morning as though it was 1967. He had to do three songs during the show and probably would have hung out with us more otherwise, if I only had time.

Thank you both! It was fun to hang out with John. I know it’s stereotypical to say, ‘He was so down to earth,’ but that was true. He was a little different and happy to be in his own space, but that is reasonable since at one point, he was a major star. However, he was as happy to be around fans as he was performing.

i had such a crush on him when i was a little girl.

It may be my memory, but he looks exactly the same as he did 20 years ago!
