I can’t figure Facebook out

I tried using Facebook. It looks OK but some of it is user-unfriendly.
   I accidentally forgot to limit access to two “friends” I added. There was no obvious way to change their access to my profile. Eventually, I did find a page (through digging), but not before I accidentally deleted both people from my profile, thinking that they could be re-added (they can’t, not without sending a fresh request). Secondly, I have to do the yucky Captcha thing all the time. Apparently, the only way around it is to own a cellphone and have them text you. Yeah, right: I’m not 15 years old. What hell would I use a cellphone for?
   I added my main blog to it. It responded by taking the feed. Fair enough. I looked again later and there were two of each post! No reason there should be duplicates. I logged out. I was scared that if I went back again, there’d be three.
   If I were Facebook, I’d have a little beta underneath the logo. Way too many holes for my liking. Maybe I just don’t know how to use it.
