Have you tried to upload it to VOX? They handle pod and video casting.
Hi Randy: I clicked the ‘Audio’ button in Vox and nothing happened, so I went back to my old ways. What is meant to happen when I click it?
When you click on audio it brings a dialog box. The middle option says "My Computer (Upload)", click on that. Then you can click the browse button to find your file on your computer and upload. It will support a lot of different types of sound files but I have found mp3's work best in online podcasting.

Voila!
That’s weird—nothing comes up on mine. I’ll try it again with the next recording I make, Randy—and thanks for Audacity! Actually, if you have a microphone, look at SayNow—I use it now for voice recognition and dictation.
Thanks for the heads up on SayNow...tell me more about it. I would look it up but I have a LOT to do...you know... with a storm coming and all.
I will be praying for you, Randy, as Ernesto nears. SayNow is a little application that’s free for 30 days, and I can dictate to the computer! I did have to download a few free things from Microsoft to allow it to work, but I can now tell the computer to ‘Start dictation’ or open or close windows, etc. URL is http://www.say-now.com/.

Thanks Jack. I will check it out.
I was remarking, Randy, while praying, that the world is indeed a smaller place, as hurricanes and other weather events become shared.
It sure is. I just got through a two hour talk with The Girlfriend (she loves the title) and the rains and wind were just picking up at her place. She lives south of me in Florida. Ernesto is simply a tropical storm so we dodged the Hurricane bullet. We still might have to deal with flooding and tornados so continued prayers would be appreciated.

My office is closed, all of the school systems are closed and many businesses. Even so, it doesn't look like it will be to bad.

I am glad our world is smaller and that you are in it. :)
Thank you, Randy. You are a blessing to us all and our prayers will continue. (I would like to hear more about how you met T. G.!)

Thank you for your kind words Jack. Considering some of my readers, I need to be careful about specific details of TG :). Maybe I will write a private vox post on how I met her later today.)
I will keep my eyes out for that! (Time was a bit funny today—have to finish up as I have to get up early for TV; I spent so little time on the blogs.)
