Got smart
I feel smart today. I had a Skype Video session (my first one where we both could see one another) with a publishing colleague, then a meeting with Gillian de Beer, who is about as expert as they come on issues of branding and new markets, and an excellent time with the Waitakere City ART programme tonight. Not bad for Saturday. Kind of like having a bunch of really inspiring dialogues and discussions that some people would have to pay for. (And Waitakere fed me.) Gives me faith in New Zealand and how, when you run into smart people, you are inspired by this country.
I check out of the hotel tomorrow, but will take the Aston for one last spin. I still haven’t had a chance to open the car up properly yet, though I did some of the photography today. Sorry for those wanting pics immediately: I shoot on 35 mm.

Skype's great, I use it at home and at work. The only downside I've found is that it does need a decent bandwidth to work well. I've noticed at work that when there are >5.5 million users on Skype, dropouts and echoes happen.
Look forward to your Aston pics.
