Gibsons, Spearses holiday together

I agree. Mel Gibson is doing something no one in Hollywood is doing. Namely, extending a helping hand to someone who going through some rough times. Mel and Britney are both highly talented in their own right. And, I enjoy both for various reasons. I wish both the best.

At first I thought that this was the most bizarre friendship to have formed - but you know what? I am happy that they did that - defied all stereotypes and made a friendship that has helped Britney get out of that previous mess she was trapped in. When I read this a while back I was thinking, what about Madonna? Her previous friends? Where were they when she needed help?

It lets Mel be more real than the other fair-weather friends that Britney had in Hollywood.

Hi Mr Yan, yes interesting thoughts; and many of your readers wished Mr Gibson and Ms. Spears well.

Wow, the branded media image of pop stars often reduces their value as humans on a personal level. Your post was a little sparkle of hope.
