Nice photos Jack. India and China are just about 2 of my favourite places in Asia for photography. Wouldn't want to go to the former as i heard that totting a big camera around there is not really safe. But i heard China is alright - beijing.

Yes, yes. Asians are certainly not a 'homogenous' people. Even the Indians are quite the 'bombay mix' themselves....but united by the spice in their character;)

Thanks, Ed, for this and for your season’s greetings. Delhi was AOK even with me holding a big-ass Voigtländer camera, so I got the feeling it was pretty safe. There were no pick-pockets, etc. and while there was some poverty, it was not as bad as the stereotype made out. I’d say I saw only about 50 per cent more homeless walking around Delhi compared to San Francisco.
