Waking up to these views at the beautiful Shanti Home in New Delhi is a very amazing experience for Christmas week.

And let me tell the National Bank that Asians are not a homogeneous single group, because I am pretty sure Hindi sounds different from Cantonese.
However, what binds us together is an awareness of our peoples’ history and the human emotions of kindness that are universal. Loving it here.

Nice photos Jack. India and China are just about 2 of my favourite places in Asia for photography. Wouldn't want to go to the former as i heard that totting a big camera around there is not really safe. But i heard China is alright - beijing.

Yes, yes. Asians are certainly not a 'homogenous' people. Even the Indians are quite the 'bombay mix' themselves....but united by the spice in their character;)

Thanks, Ed, for this and for your season’s greetings. Delhi was AOK even with me holding a big-ass Voigtländer camera, so I got the feeling it was pretty safe. There were no pick-pockets, etc. and while there was some poverty, it was not as bad as the stereotype made out. I’d say I saw only about 50 per cent more homeless walking around Delhi compared to San Francisco.
