Customer service in 2007

Still no response from New Zealand Post. Some legal threats and six days later have seen my blog entry removed from Agora Vox. Why do these companies need me to resort to “lawyer mode” before they do anything? And is this what NZ Post wishes me to do?
   ‘Don’t make me angry, Mr McGee. You won’t like me when I’m angry.’
